Silverfort — Events Activations and Campaign Pieces for a Leading Tech Security Brand

how it came together

Silverfort’s marketing team came to The Refinery with a specific ask: they needed impactful creative that didn’t feel like typical B2B security marketing. They wanted theater. A brand moment big enough to match the scale of what the company was building, delivered inside a category that usually settles for a slide deck and a stock photo of a padlock.

The challenge

The first moment was internal: hundreds of sales reps gathered for kickoff, ready for the usual slide deck and roadmap recap, needing instead a reason to feel something about the year ahead. The second was external and unforgiving: RSA Conference in San Francisco, where every identity security vendor competes for a few seconds of attention amid a sea of competing brands.

Neither had the luxury of raw footage. No b-roll, no shoot day, no cast of employees on camera talking about innovation. Just the idea, and the deadline.

The idea

For the internal kickoff film, we built a 2.5-minute piece almost entirely from AI-generated visuals, engineered to feel organic rather than synthetic, grounded enough that a room of hundreds would watch it as a genuine look at where the company was headed, not a tech demo. The film had to carry the momentum of the year ahead, the innovation on the roadmap, and the marketing programs coming to life, while still feeling like it came from inside the company rather than off a template.

For RSA, the ambition took a different shape entirely: instead of competing for space inside the convention center, Silverfort’s presence moved through the streets around it. The Refinery built a motion asset for a vehicle circling the conference, putting the brand in front of every attendee walking to and from the show, whether they ever set foot on the floor or not. The creative had to register instantly and hold Silverfort’s identity and category authority at a glance, from a moving vehicle, in a city full of other brands fighting for the same sightline.

What The Refinery made

Internal sales kickoff brand film
A 2.5-minute inspirational video built for a live internal audience of hundreds, developed in partnership with Silverfort’s creative and brand teams to spotlight the innovation and marketing programs planned for the year ahead.

AI-driven visual production
With no original footage to work from, the film was built almost entirely on AI-generated visuals, directed and refined to feel warm, human, and organic rather than synthetic, avoiding the uncanny, over-polished look that undercuts trust in AI-made content.

RSA Conference mobile takeover creative
A motion graphics asset created for a vehicle takeover circling RSA Conference, built to command attention and hold brand recognition for attendees moving through the streets around one of the most saturated conference environments in the security industry.

Creative direction, editing, and finishing
Across both projects, The Refinery managed creative development, pacing, sound design, and finishing to deliver assets ready for a live room and a live city block, on a compressed timeline with no physical production behind either one.

Why it worked

The kickoff film landed exactly where it needed to: the room felt the momentum of the year ahead instead of hearing about it, and the CEO walked away with a big grin on his face. That reaction mattered because the stakes were internal, not performative. At RSA, the win was different but related: instead of fighting for a few square feet on a crowded floor, Silverfort’s brand moved through the whole conference, seen by attendees before they ever walked in the door. In a category where every brand claims to be the smartest one in the room, the mobile takeover gave Silverfort a way to be seen and remembered without needing a booth at all.

Together, the projects show what The Refinery can build without a shoot day at all: brand storytelling, AI-driven production, motion design, and finishing, built to move a room in one week and a city block the next.
